Lived, not studied

Manchester, Dubai and Karachi aren't markets I've researched. I've worked inside all three. A large share of Dubai property buyers are overseas Pakistani or UK-based investors. I've been that buyer's peer and colleague, not an outside observer guessing at how they think.

Built the tech, not just the campaign

Every agency calls itself "AI-powered" this year. I actually engineered a signal-first lead generation methodology as a product, through Falcon Hunt. I know why it works, not just which buttons to click.

Founder, not just practitioner

I've run the business, not only the marketing: 40+ people, three offices, 200+ clients, real P&L pressure. I advise founder-led developers as someone who has sat in their chair, not as a vendor pitching from outside it.

Built a digital marketing agency from one man in Karachi to offices in London, Dubai and Karachi. 200+ clients served across real estate, government, retail and automotive.

Stepped back from client-facing real estate work to build an AI-powered B2B lead generation company from the ground up, engineering the signal-first approach myself, not just buying it as a tool.
